Groot Hoogelande is a luxury residential complex in Wassenaar, completed in 2008 on the former site of the Menken dairy factory. The complex consists of four villas, designed in the style of nineteenth-century country estates and in keeping with the surroundings. Each villa comprises several spacious apartments and offers facilities such as underground parking, a swimming pool and a fitness room. The design, by Soeters van Eldonk architects, combines classical aesthetics with modern residential comfort.<\/p>\n
Regular maintenance is essential to safeguard the aesthetics and durability of an exclusive complex such as Groot Hoogelande. Like many buildings with classical architecture and high-quality fa\u00e7ade materials, the complex can be affected by green growth due to a combination of natural and environmental factors. Because the fa\u00e7ade was repeatedly affected by green growth, a more sustainable solution was sought. This was found in Inducoat Ecological. On the advice of Claasen Coatings in The Hague, the maintenance partner at the time, VVE Beheer Haaglanden, chose ConcreteProtect. Many years have now passed, and Claasen Coatings\u2019 evaluation is still positive.<\/p>\n
