– Supporting various departments and teams within the organisation with a range of tasks and projects. – Carrying out general administrative duties, such as processing documents, answering telephone calls and handling email correspondence. – Maintaining the office environment, including ordering office supplies, organising the office space and ensuring a tidy and organised workplace. – Assisting with facilities tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing stock and ensuring a well-functioning office. – Preparing and setting up meetings, including setting up audiovisual equipment and taking minutes when necessary. – Assisting with events and gatherings, such as arranging logistics, setting up presentations and providing general support during the event. – Carrying out light bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking incoming and outgoing payments, processing invoices and preparing financial reports. – Assisting colleagues with ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– At least a completed secondary-school education; any additional training or relevant work experience is an advantage. – Good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. – Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances. – A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. – Basic knowledge of administrative processes and office software, such as Microsoft Office. – Reliability and a sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
