Maintenance at Schiphol with a water-based impregnation system
PCH Dienstengroep is a versatile organisation focused on the management and operation of parking facilities and other logistics services. It provides integrated, customised solutions for clients including airports, municipalities and businesses. Operational management of parking facilities, such as access control, maintenance and cleaning, is an important part of its work. For maintenance at Schiphol, PCH Dienstengroep manages more than 50,000 parking spaces across 38 parking locations. Sustainability is central to this, including through sustainable cleaning methods. Recro Gevelonderhoud B.V. of Delfgauw introduced Inducoat Ecological. After an extensive pilot, the business case proved convincing. Several maintenance cycles have already been skipped: high-pressure cleaning is no longer necessary and disruption for customers has consequently been reduced considerably. Ultimately, substantial savings have been achieved. On this basis, it was decided to make Inducoat Ecological the standard for further maintenance projects as well.
