Concrete is a robust and versatile material, but it is also susceptible to dirt, algae, and moisture. With Inducoat Ecological ConcreteProtect you protect it naturally. No harsh chemicals, no sealed surface – just a smart, breathable barrier that keeps dirt and moisture out.
ConcreteProtect is a water-based, non-film-forming impregnating wax for concrete. The product fills the pores and helps prevent rainwater soiling, algae and moss from adhering as easily. The finish is virtually invisible and does not cause discolouration.
Protecting concrete against soiling and wear
Concrete is strong, but not invulnerable. Due to its porous structure, it easily absorbs moisture and dirt, leading to discolouration, algal growth and wear – even on concrete details such as lintels, sills and decorative bands. These components are often overlooked, even though they are particularly vulnerable to weathering.
Traditional high-pressure or steam cleaning only offers temporary improvement and damages the structure of the concrete.

How does it work?
Inducoat Ecological ConcreteProtect makes use of an innovative plant-based wax emulsion that penetrates deep into the pores of the concrete. This creates a invisible, water-repellent, and dirt-repellent layer that lets the concrete breathe. No moisture problems, no discolouration – just long-lasting protection.
For best results, protection starts with a clean surface. Inducoat Cleaner removes deep-seated dirt, algae and moss, leaving ConcreteProtect can adhere optimally and do its job long-term.

Preparation and application
Always consult the product data sheet and safety data sheet before use.
Step 1: Clean and prepare the substrate
Clean the substrate thoroughly and, when using Inducoat Cleaner, always follow the current product data sheet and safety data sheet.
Step 2: Apply ConcreteProtect
Stir ConcreteProtect thoroughly for several minutes so that the fine glass particles are distributed evenly, then allow it to rest briefly. Spray large surfaces crosswise at low pressure and back-roll with a block brush or roller. Apply at least two coats; stop when the concrete no longer absorbs the milky liquid.
