One long-standing reference is the Wooncompagnie housing association in North Holland. It decided many years ago to use the Inducoat mould-resistant system. Wooncompagnie chose this system with the aim of supporting pleasant, healthy living environments.

Mould growth is particularly prevalent in damp areas or rooms with poor ventilation. It can be harmful to the structural quality of the building and have a negative impact on residents’ health.
In the original project description, the choice was linked to preventing mould problems and the sustainability of the system. In doing so, Wooncompagnie wanted to support healthy living environments with as few mould problems as possible. According to the same project description, this choice can also contribute to lower maintenance costs in the long term.
After pretreatment with Inducoat Cleaner, the authorised fungicide with authorisation number 12981N, Inducoat Fungi is applied as a mould-resistant finish to walls, ceilings and other areas susceptible to mould. Inducoat Fungi protects the dry paint film against fungal attack.
