Staedion's approach to moisture and mould problems

Staedion takes moisture and mould problems in its homes seriously and uses a mould-resistant approach at a number of locations with Inducoat Fungi. Complaints are followed by inspection, advice and appropriate measures; the dry paint film remains resistant to mould, including in situations involving structural or behavioural factors.

A healthy indoor climate as the starting point

As a housing association, Staedion considers it important to provide tenants with a healthy and comfortable indoor climate. One of the measures used at a number of locations is the application of an Inducoat mould-resistant system.

Inspection, advice and a resistant finish

If tenants experience moisture or mould problems, Staedion provides support through inspections, advice on improving the situation and, where necessary, appropriate measures. The Mould-resistant paint from Inducoat proves to be a reliable step in this process: the dry paint film is resistant to attack by mould, including when structural or behavioural factors play a role.
